How to change System Rating in Windows 8 ! To do this first you need to download the file TO8.rar which you can download from here :-Before doing this you first need to Rate your Computer ! To rate your computer go to your System Information, then click the blue text shown in the below image :-
After you are done with rating your computer follow this video :-
